Building a hovercraft. . . What a smashing idea! Whether or not you’re reading this i’m guessing that you’re mesmerized in building your own hovercraft. . . Good for you. In this article i’m going to outline the 4 major constituents of a hovercraft and give you a quick comprehensible statement in regards to them, so when you go to build up yours it won’t seem so scary and intimidating.

Lets get started.

1) fan strategy – the fan strategy is what’s applied to inflate the giant balloon(or the skirt) on the bottom of the hovercraft. The fan strategy pumps air into the skirt and is what gives the hovercraft its lift. A homemade fan strategy can be nothing more than a vacuum cleaner or a leaf blower.
