Sport is an environment dominated by the athlete’s physical abilities. But the mental aspect of every athlete on how to behave in every game goes undefined.

Mental process of the sport, practicing a skill, the mind, before carrying out physical skills. This category in the drive and stability, and self-esteem and the ability to control the trust. Even the mental endurance capacity. The athlete can focus on something other than pain, such as a mental ability to be critical in the struggle.
